Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These terms govern use of Augusta Store and purchases from augusta-street.com. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Seller

Giovanni Trematerra, trading as Augusta Store
Flat 10, 63 Saint Martin's Lane, London, WC2N 4JS, United Kingdom

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen and garment measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. Before acceptance we may reject or cancel for availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons and will refund payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment. Payment must be authorised through checkout. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before acceptance.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy form part of these terms. Nothing affects remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep login details secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the store fraudulently.

Intellectual property

Store branding, artwork, photographs, graphics, product designs and text are owned by or licensed to Augusta Store. They may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party payment, delivery, analytics and communication providers. Their terms may apply to services they provide directly.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses suffered by consumers.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and courts available under the law of their country of residence.
