Refund and Return Policy

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

14-day cancellation right

UK and EU consumers may normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days after the day the goods are received. Notify giovanni.trematerra9@gmail.com clearly within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

Model statement: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address, order number, date.”

Return conditions

Return items securely, preferably unworn, unwashed and with original packaging and labels. You may inspect an item as in a shop; a deduction may be made for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you pay the direct return cost. To exercise your cancellation right, notify giovanni.trematerra9@gmail.com clearly within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Prior authorisation is not required. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days to Augusta Store – Giovanni Trematerra, Flat 10, 63 Saint Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4JS, United Kingdom. We recommend contacting us for return instructions and using a tracked service; this does not limit your statutory rights.

Refund timing

Eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered, are refunded within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will provide an appropriate legal remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Exceptions

The cooling-off right may not apply to genuinely made-to-specification or clearly personalised goods, sealed hygiene goods once unsealed, and other lawful exclusions. Production or printing after ordering does not by itself remove cancellation rights unless the product is genuinely personalised.
